Chef Matthew Litzinger Chef Matthew Litzinger studied music at Miami University of Ohio and culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Litzinger has traveled much of the world, including countries such as Austria, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Czech and Slovak Republic and an extended stay in the Philippines with a culinary associate. Matthew is well-educated in many cultures and would like to introduce his knowledge to Columbus. During Chef Litzinger’s stay in Manhattan he interned at Mr. Litzinger purchased L’Antibes in July of 2007. Chef Litzinger’s goal is to graciously serve the public.
