Chef Matthew Litzinger

Chef Matthew Litzinger studied music at Miami University of Ohio and culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

Litzinger has traveled much of the world, including countries such as Austria, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Czech and Slovak Republic and an extended stay in the Philippines with a culinary associate. Matthew is well-educated in many cultures and would like to introduce his knowledge to Columbus.

During Chef Litzinger’s stay in Manhattan he interned at
Brasserie 8 ½, a contemporary American restaurant based on French cuisine. Here he worked with acclaimed Pastry Chef Martin Howard, who has appeared on the Food Network. Chef Litzinger assisted Martin Howard at the Museum of Modern Art by displaying a life-size Rockette made from chocolate. Also, Chef Litzinger staged with Daniel Boulud and spent a summer working with Master Chef Edward G. Leonard. Other experiences were with Kona Bistro in Oxford, Ohio and Northstar Café of Columbus.

Mr. Litzinger purchased L’Antibes in July of 2007. Chef Litzinger’s goal is to graciously serve the public.
